Absalam Oxford was the son of Sarah Oxford. He was born around 1820 in Tennessee. He is mentioned in the 1830 Census living with his mother.

I can not find a marriage record for Absalam Oxford and Lucinda Lewis. They might have married in Missouri. Based on census records they probably married around 1846.
