Georgia Yates was the daughter of Etha Inda and Benjamin Yates. She was born in May of 1874/5 in Illinois ( probably Pope County). In the 1880 Census she was living with her family in Eddyville.
On June 2, 1892 she married Chester A. Carr in Saline, Illinois.
Their children were as follows:
Claire born 1897
Lloyd born 1901
Loren born 1905
In the 1900 and 1910 Census the family lived in Mountain Home Town, Baxter County, Arkansas.
In the 1920 and 1930 Census the family lived in Carbondale, Jackson County, Illinois.
My aunt noted that family lore said .... both Loren and Clair married Martha's, Clair became a doctor

Georgia died in 1964 ( Carbondale?). She was buried beside Chester in Old Grand Pier Cemetery, Pope County. Her headstone can be found here.
